In early 2025, I was approached by Pittsburgh Cultural Trust’s Davine Byon to work on creating a design for Green Grows Over, an exhibition featuring 52 sculptures of blades of grass with an experimental ambient noise element. With Davine’s art direction, themes of grass blades and the burgeoning spring, and a 3-day turnaround time, I got to work! Below are some initial drafts, with the final product featured above.
